Oak Farm Vineyards farms a 70-acre family estate in Lodi on land first settled in 1860. Vapor Trail is their unapologetic big Zinfandel, named for the towering wake a race boat leaves behind. The 2022 actually comes from Amador County: head-trained vines at the Vista Cecilia vineyard, 1,430 feet up on red Sierra loam.
