Dry white wine Gavi del Comune di Gavi from the Azienda Agricola Il Poggio is made from Cortese grapes. Grapes are grown on sandy and clay soils of the hill of Rovereto, which is located right in the heart of the Gavi and are located at an altitude of 330 meters above sea level. Harvested by hand and then in small baskets immediately transported to the winery industry. After pressing immediate wort fermentation process takes place at a controlled temperature. Matured wine on the lees for 2 months.
