Silver Leaf is an unaged maple spirit with very fruity and floral esters that contrast well with Hollerhorn’s other maple spirits. By leaving it at a higher proof, those esters shine through and rise to the nose more intensely. This is a great choice to use as a substitute for clear rum, tequila or mezcal in cocktails! 100 proof.
