From a single estate in Michoacán within Jalisco (Los Valles). Stainless steel tank fermented 100% agave. Open-air fermentation without fibers. Twice distilled in a stainless pot with copper coil. Aged in French oak barrels, American white oak barrels, Cognac casks and Bourbon barrels.
