Description

Miguel Morais Douro oasis, Quinta da Costa do Pinho, fashions a cuve called Gradual of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinto Roriz thanks everything we look for in a big, full-bodied red wine. Its impressively dark and juicy, yet underpinned with real freshness and excellent balancequite the feat for a wine fermented with native yeasts, foot pressed and given a short 12 months in French oak. The typical lush blackberry fruit is nicely offset with herbaceous notes in the aroma, and although this wine wont make old bones, itll do just fine over the next five years.
